Situation

  • Driven by a focus on the customer experience and efficiency, Travelex set about restructuring its extensive Retail network 
  • At a senior level, previous roles were to be removed and new roles created

Task

  • Human Chemistry were asked to analyse the Business needs and define the new roles
  • We then built an assessment process, specific to Travelex requirements, to evaluate both internal and external candidates for the newly created roles
  • Human Chemistry conducted the assessments and provided data critical to the selection decisions made by the Restructure Task Force

Outcome
